TIMEHOUSE – Playing golf for a good cause

Doing good for a whole day. During a whole day, bring a smile to the face of the mourning young children of the Nicolaidis YoungWings Foundation.

The Nicolaidis YoungWings Foundation supports adults, children and adolescents after a loss in the family.

The foundation was started in 1998 by Martina Münch-Nicolaidis after her own personal experience. With their offers of help, they provide many possibilities to deal with individual grief and loss. Their goal is to support each person individually and to find a suitable offer of help.

The Nicolaidis YoungWings Foundation has organised a benefit golf tournament for the last seven years. This year the tournament took place at the Eichenried golf club. TIMEHOUSE participated in this special event for the second time as a sponsor. Under the heading “We help young ones who mourn”, the event was completely dedicated to active participation and the creation of new perspectives. No wonder, then, that many exciting personalities, such as YoungWings ambassador Thomas Müller, actively contributed to organising the day. Not only exciting personalities made this day unforgettable, but also brands who are committed such as Audi, Weber Grill and the luxury label ORNO.

With the proceeds of the golf tournament, the commitment of the Nicolaidis Foundation has been greatly supported. We are proud to be a part of this project that is close to the heart!

PREMIERE!!! We brought the first finished TIMEHOUSE Premium Smart Apartment to the golf course. How did that work? With the help of a QR code and a pair of VR glasses, the YoungWings participants were able to experience a virtual tour through our apartment. And that right in the middle of the lush greenery of the Munich Eichenried golf course!

With the bright blue sky and summery temperatures more than 100 golfers came to tee off for the good cause. And Thomas Müller rounded up even more prominent support on the course: In addition to Philipp Lahm and professional golfer Marcel Siem, singer Tim Bendzko was also there to play for YoungWings.

After an exciting tournament day, nearly 300 guests were welcomed at the evening event. At the end of the day, the ambassador Thomas Müller and the founder Martina Münch-Nicolaidis received a donation check from the children amounting to 230,000 Euro.

We say THANK YOU for this unforgettable day!
