The FIT STAR Munich-Schwabing, right in our neighborhood, has opened its doors! A diverse fitness world awaits you on two light-flooded floors. Here you will find everything a sportsman's heart desires: from classics such as free weights and endurance equipment to a special Ladies Only Area that leaves nothing to be desired.

CK WORKSPACE in Unterschleißheim offers various offices and conference rooms for rent in addition to co-working workstations. The highlight is the 180m2 roof terrace, which can be used as an ideal location for events such as after-work events, discussion evenings or company parties. You also benefit from a modern and inspiring working environment and people who fill it with life. CK WORKSPACE is a place where valuable ideas find fertile ground to grow and flourish. As a TIMEHOUSE guest you receive a 10% discount.
Services
At TIMEHOUSE you can do your laundry cashless, without the hassle of collecting coins. Simply download the app or make a reservation via the front office.
Reinio - your mobile dry cleaner in Munich. Your laundry is collected daily by 08:30. You will receive your clean clothes back within 3 working days, on request and for a fee also possible on the same working day.
Children and Babies
We look forward to welcoming you as a family. There's even a little surprise for the little ones at check-in.
On request, subject to availability, you will receive a baby crib 55 x 90 cm for your baby free of charge in your apartment.
For children up to approx. 4 years of age, we offer our children's beds measuring 70 x 140 cm on request.
Babies and toddlers up to 2 years stay with us free of charge. From three years up to 12 years we charge 20€ per night. If you specify the age of your children when making your reservation, this will already appear as an inclusive price, we only ask you to request the baby crib.
Pets
Your pet is welcome here. Please let us know when you make your reservation. We charge €20 per night and pet and ask for a deposit of €500 on arrival. On request, we can also provide a bowl for your pet.
Parking at the Timehouse

You can park bikes safely in our garage free of charge.
