In view of the current situation, we have summarized our standards in cleaning and disinfection of our hygiene concept for you. Here you will find all the information and guidelines for the safety of us all.

In general, a minimum distance of 1.5 m applies to
all persons present in the TIMEHOUSE/ TIMESPACES.

All public areas are regularly ventilated.

Always leave one parking space free in the garage between cars.

The physical distance between employees is 1.5 m. At the moment we are in a minimum staffing of our team.

Floor markings are used to maintain the minimum distance of 1.5 m for guests and visitors.

We have to keep your contact details for 14 days ( Name/address/passport number/mobile Number or email address)

At the reception you will find disinfectant dispensers for your own protection. Guests and staff must wear mouth/nose protection in all public areas.

A FFP2 mask must be used in Timehouse public areas while moving and in the city- public places, shops and public transportation--excepted: children 0-5 years ( no mask) from 6-14 year a community mask

The reception desk and work areas with customer contact are disinfected regularly and at least once an hour.

Our EC card devices are freshly disinfected for each guest.

In elevators, stairwells, public restrooms, the laundry room, and TIMESPACES, all keys, handles, surfaces, and equipment are disinfected several times a day.

For your touristic stay there is one of the following options necessary:

Quick test with certificate ( max. 24 h valid)

PCR test with certificate ( max. 48 h valid)

If you stay more than 48 hour your test has to be repeated and shown our front office agents please.

Vaccination certificate ( 14 days of last vaccination)

Certificate from recovered person ( at least 28 after Covid and max. 6 month)

Check-in/Check-out Guidelines

  • Freshly disinfected key card will be handed over in an envelope.
  • We provide freshly disinfected pens for filling out registration forms.
  • Only guests from a domestic community/family will be accommodated together.
  • For the time being, we do not accommodate groups and family reunions.
  • We make our guests aware of the measures given for staying in public areas.
  • We record all persons per vacation apartment/hotel room so that contact tracing is possible at any time in case of infection.
  • We point out to our guests the duty to inform in case of indisposition.
  • Currently, no brochure stands are set up. However, we will be happy to provide brochures and information material upon request.
  • We ask for your understanding that we do not greet guests with a handshake at the moment.

Apartments/Housekeeping Guidelines

  • Sensitive materials (e.g. bedspreads, pillows, etc.) have been removed from all rooms.
  • Our linens are always tested for specific chemicals and wash temperatures.
  • All brochures and info in our apartments are replaced after departure.
  • Strict attention is paid to the disinfection of all door and window handles, sanitary equipment, remote control and many more.
  • Our apartments are regularly aired by our housekeeping. We also ask our guests to air the rooms well during their stay.
  • Our cleaning staff is assigned a “separate” floor or the same rooms if possible.
  • Cleaning cloths and towels are thoroughly washed or replaced after each cleaning of an apartment.
  • Cleaning for the protection of guests and staff is done only at departure, this is also for the protection of the environment.
  • For stays of 7 nights or more, cleaning is carried out only on Wednesdays and Fridays, except holidays.
  • No further cleaning of the accommodation will be carried out on the same day, but at the earliest on the next day, in order to ensure thorough cleaning and disinfection of all rooms in the accommodation.
  • We continue to strictly adhere to the continuous record of cleaning our premises.

Apartments/Housekeeping Reglements

  • Kritische Materialien (z. B. Tagesdecken, Kissen, etc.) wurden aus allen Zimmern entfernt.
  • Bei unserer Wäsche wird die Prüfung auf besondere Chemikalien und Waschtemperatur stets eingehalten.
  • Alle Prospekte und Infos in unseren Apartments werden nach Abreise austauscht.
  • Es wird strengstens Wert auf die Desinfektion aller Tür und Fenstergriffe, Sanitäreinrichtungen, Fernbedienung uvm. geachtet.
  • Unsere Apartments werden regelmäßig durch unser Housekeeping gelüftet. Wir bitten unsere Gäste während des Aufenthalts zusätzlich die Räumlichkeiten gut zu lüften.
  • Unserem Reinigungspersonal wird möglichst ein „eigenes“ Stockwerk oder die gleichen Zimmer zugeteilt.
  • Die Reinigungslappen und -tücher werden nach jeder Reinigung eines Apartments gründlich gewaschen bzw. ausgetauscht.
  • Die Reinigung zum Schutz der Gäste und des Personals wird nur bei Abreise durchgeführt, dies dient auch gleichzeitig dem Umweltschutz.
  • Reinigungen werden nur mittwochs sowie freitags außer feiertags durchgeführt.
  • Es werden keine Weiterbelegung der Unterkünfte am gleichen Tag durchgeführt, sondern frühestens am nächsten Tag, um gründliche Reinigung und Desinfektion aller Räume in der Unterkunft zu gewährleisten.
  • Wir halten uns weiterhin strikt an die kontinuierliche Aufzeichnung der Reinigung unserer Räumlichkeiten.
