My Profession
- Personal reception of our national and international guests through a professional check-in and check-out, "face of Timehouse"
- First point of contact and support for our guests throughout their stay, "concierge of Timehouse"
- Making independent decisions for the benefit of the guest
- General administrative tasks at the front office and in reservations, e.g. room allocation, preparation of arrivals
- Central point of contact for all internal and external matters
- You advise and look after our guests on the phone in a cordial and courteous manner, "Voice of Timehouse"
- Checking existing reservations and preparing all arrivals
- Master data maintenance, development and storage of arrangements and packages, pricing and active targeted sales are also part of your area of responsibility
My Talent
Our preferred candidate already has the following
- Completed training, preferably in the hotel sector, but we also offer opportunities to career changers
- Strong communication skills and expression
- Empathy and sensitivity
- Multitasking talent and ability to work under pressure
- Good knowledge of MS-Office, knowledge of the hotel software Protel/HMS Infor an advantage, but not a disadvantage
