Competition: TIMEHOUSE is giving away a 2-day stay plus City Tour Card for Munich

§ 1 General

The organizer of the competition is TIMEHOUSE Munich. Participation in the competition on the TIMEHOUSE Munich profile is only possible subject to these conditions of participation. The competition is not supported by Instagram or Facebook and is not affiliated with Instagram or Facebook.

§ 2 Participation requirements

All natural persons with legal capacity who have reached the age of 18 are eligible to participate without restriction. Participation is not linked to the purchase of goods. Employees of TIMEHOUSE Munich and their relatives may not participate. Legal recourse is excluded.

§ 3 The competition

Participants must follow TIMEHOUSE Munich on Instagram or Facebook and leave a comment under the respective competition post. In addition, participants must also tag a person in the comments on Instagram. The competition runs until 20.02.2020, 20:20. To determine the winner, all correct entries from Facebook and Instagram will be collected and a winner will be drawn. Participation on both channels (Facebook and Instagram) is possible.

§ 4 Profit

We are giving away a 2-day stay for 2 people at TIMEHOUSE Munich. The date can be chosen by arrangement and subject to availability. In addition to the overnight stay, the winner will receive two "City Tour Cards" of Munich. The winner will then be informed by message in the respective channels. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of written notification, we reserve the right to draw a new winner. Cash redemption is not possible.

§ 5 Data protection

Participants' personal data will remain with TIMEHOUSE Munich and will not be passed on to third parties. Participation via competition services and participation via automated competition robots is not permitted. The winner allows TIMEHOUSE Munich to publish his/her name in abbreviated form (first name) as part of a "Congratulations on winning" posting.

§ 6 Exclusion from participation

The organizer is entitled to exclude participants from further participation in the game at any time for good cause. Good cause shall be deemed to exist in particular if a participant has provided false personal information when participating, if he/she attempts to manipulate, disrupt or influence the game or the proper course of the game, or if he/she threatens or harasses employees of the organizer. If the conditions for exclusion are met, winnings can also be subsequently revoked and reclaimed.

§ 7 Premature termination of the game by the organizer

The organizer reserves the right to end the game prematurely before the end of the planned game period. The organizer will make use of this option in particular if the proper execution of the game can no longer be guaranteed for technical reasons (e.g. manipulation or hardware or software errors) or for legal reasons.
