Coming Home at TIMEHOUSE and what that means for me as a manager.

When I first spoke to acquaintances about CoLiving a few years ago, the feedback ranged from “banal trend for millennials” to “industry footnotes”. But the more I looked into this seemingly fleeting trend, the more I realized that this was no passing fad.

The trend in modern corporate business travel today is clearly heading in one direction: away from pure business trips and towards an all-round feel-good package in order to give your employees a good feeling on the go and to strengthen their loyalty to the company. What used to be the exception will definitely be part of the good manners of a respected company in the future. This is how we want to combine work and life at TIMEHOUSE with our modern CoLiving concept: Coming home.
CoWorking and CoLiving – how could it be otherwise – developed a few years ago from the needs of young creative people in Silicon Valley. The need to combine work and leisure flexibly and not to work rigidly 9 to 5 had to be satisfied; The added value of bundling resources and skills in one place made this new way of working grow even faster. But it's not just the workplace that needs to be shared, why not live together too? Modern employee shared apartments are quickly emerging in California, Asia and Europe. We have taken the “work dormitories deluxe”, if you will, to the next level at TIMEHOUSE with great attention to detail and design. At the TIMEHOUSE, long stay guests can expect a feeling of home. For us, temporary living should not feel like a compromise, but rather like a pleasure. Building a network in a foreign city has never been so easy, and your own neighbors have never been so important. CoLiving is an unstoppable sustainable development in modern everyday working life. We at TIMEHOUSE have recognized this and offer the optimal solution for all needs in a stylish design.
This type of temporary living will also have a strong impact on the real estate market of tomorrow. The growth of population and jobs in urban areas requires urban space that meets modern society's demands for sustainable working and living conditions. Work-life balance is a thing of the past. We want to feel balanced 24 hours a day and therefore have to create working environments that meet this requirement. With the TIMEHOUSE, digital nomads as well as freelancers or project workers have the opportunity to find a second home in the heart of Munich.
Regardless of whether you are a remote employee, freelancer, creative or simply a globetrotter: Become part of this modern lifestyle and come to stay, at TIMEHOUSE. Coming Home.
